Temple Fitness and Apex Fitness are sister companies that both operate out of the same building. Temple classes focus on stability, slow movements, and strength whereas Apex classes are higher intensity and endurance focused. You can read more about Apex Fitness here.

Temple and Apex are separate businesses that require separate memberships. Only specific premium memberships will cover both studios.

Nope! All of our workouts are suitable for beginners with many opportunities for growth and elevations. Start where you are, we’ve all had a day one.

Wear light, breathable clothing that you can sweat in. Shoes are optional and Pilates socks are recommended.
Please also bring a water bottle and feel free to bring a small towel.
We have ear plugs available for those who are sensitive to loud music.

Yes! See our membership options for our new member specials. We have a $20 3 class intro pass and 15% off if you commit to 90 days off.

At this time we only accept registration and payment through our app (search for “Find Your Peak” in the App Store). We do not accept payment of any type at the gym.

Yes! We have a large lobby area outside of the Temple studio. Kids that are self sufficient, that can safely spend time in this space unaccompanied , are welcome to come. Children are not allowed to enter Temple during class.

There is a lot of on street parking available on Kentucky st, but please respect parking signs and yellow lines AT ALL HOURS OF DAY.
Our neighbors at the Community Center have offered their back 20 spots to our members. Please respect their signs and policies.
